Why Siukapha Academy
Siukapha Academy Fine Arts & Arts Degree College, located in Simaluguri, Sivasagar, is the first college of Fine Arts in Upper Assam. Affiliated with Dibrugarh University and approved by the Government of Assam (Permission No. 469267/87-A, dated 15-10-2024), it offers a 4-year undergraduate Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) program.
